I bring 20+ years of experience across sectors and systems, working on sustainability challenges that span climate, nature, water, and human well-being. With a multidisciplinary foundation spanning environmental engineering and participatory leadership, I enjoy helping people connect the dots, navigate complexity, and find their way forward.
Why I'm interested in mentoring:
Early in my career, I benefited from a senior leader who supported my growth and opened doors, even though I never had a formal mentor. My career has been non-linear and deeply rewarding, shaped in part by seeking out mentor-like perspectives that helped me to move across sectors and systems.
At this stage in my career, I see mentoring as a two-way exchange. I gain as much as I give, and it helps me stay motivated and connected to why I chose to do this work in the first place. I strongly believe in the value of bringing together experienced and new professionals, and I’m energized by conversations that spark action.
