I want to mentor early-career professionals in climate and impact because building the sector’s talent pipeline is the fastest way to scale real-world outcomes. After nine-plus years delivering ESG and impact products (from an NLP pipeline processing 30k reports to a cloud DaaS that delivered $1.5M+ ARR), I’ve seen too many promising people stall on basic career mechanics or never learn how to convert passion into measurable, fundable work. I’d rather share practical shortcuts I learned the hard way.

What I bring: hands-on product and advisory experience across finance, utilities and public sector; track record of turning technical ideas into market-ready services (secured $1M+ in Innovate grants, won Tech Nation Rising Stars 2025); and a working knowledge of AI, geospatial data, and impact measurement. I’ve advised C-suite clients at pension funds and led cross-functional teams — so I can help mentees frame technical skills in business terms, build portfolio evidence, and navigate employer conversations.

How I mentor: blunt, actionable, and tailored. I focus on concrete outcomes — sharpened CVs and LinkedIns, a 1–3 session roadmap for a role or pivot, mock interviews with feedback, and a short list of priority projects that prove capability. I listen first, then set a tight plan with milestones. I’ll also make targeted introductions when helpful.

I’m motivated by leverage: investing time in one mentee should multiply into better projects, better hires, and faster delivery of climate solutions.
